Loved everything about this trip! The staff were warm and welcoming a great balance of information with time in the water. I and my kids have always wanted a swim with dolphin experience however not a fan of dolphins in captivity for our entertainment, This was the best, being able to see them in their natural environment that they choose to play in the boats wake and swim with us. The lunch sandwich was good, nothing fancy but after having swum a good it in the currents we were exhausted and hungry. It hit the spot. My boys 12 &13 loved it and my 80 year dad and mom had a blast as well. A little hard to get up to the top level for them but once they were up their they stayed put and enjoyed the scenery as "ride alongs" not snorkling. Great option fora multi-generational activity.

I am extremely unsatisfied and disappointed in the tour purchased through Iruka Hawaii Dolphin. I would not say all the staff were rude but one in particular made me and my group feel unwelcome as well as we were constantly passed on and ignored. To start I was not able to use the bathroom, so I had to hold it for over an hour as nothing was open at the meeting location. Please also keep in mind we had drove all the way from town and have been holding it as well then to be told to come 30 minutes early then be told to wait more after boarding, I had almost urinated myself. These said drops to swim with dolphins were very militia like we were being yelled at and pushed out like herds. I was shocked no warning just yelling very rudely may I add there was definitely no aloha in this experience. As there was another in my party a bit scared for the first drop so she was going to do the second drop as advised. Unfortunately, she had fell behind but they just shut the gate on her. I was so upset as this was my guest from California, the main reason we were on this tour was not able to experience the main event. Being out there is a whole other complaint as I have been on a wide variation of tours being I reside here and travel to the outer islands often. We only get like maybe around 10 minutes twice of seeing nothing this was such a joke then again with the yelling at us to get back in. Being told to get to hurry up and pushed back on it was a very stressful experience.
Finally, we got to the "Ocean Activities", one of the main reasons I chose this tour was the paddleboards and other water activites. I am unsure but do not think we were out there for 30 minutes as it felt rushed and supposedly the boards were on rotation. Well, it was not and utilized by the staff too. Very little to see, there was a turtle but when trying to swim towards it we were yelled at to stay closer to the others even though still in view and not far away at all. This is why it was so incredibly disappointing we were unable to use the boards and it was uneventful. Also where is this slice of pineapple that is advertised online, we did receive a sandwich and the saltiest chip I have ever had. Conclusion this has been one of the worst paid experiences I have ever had and was looking so forward to it. Sadly, this was bad experience and needed to express my disappointment.

Amazing experience. Team are so friendly and atmosphere was absolutely n top. This was so cool we see so many dolphins and get to swim with them. You definitely should try it. This team is professional.

This tour was awesome!!! Whenever we stopped for the dolphin drop everyone helped me, I want to thank the driver of the boat and Tim and Elaina for helping me when I was scared to get off of the boat! (Brayden wrote this)
