After we got all ingredients on Green Market, we ll had to my kitchen and terrace in heart of Split.
We 'll cook, talk, eat, drink...good food in good mood.
I try to introduce to you Specific taste of Dalmatian cuisine, based on simple blend of aromas, flavours.
And also explaine you a bit off history of Dalmatian cuisine and how were recipes "travel" true time and space.

Very friendly and knowledgeable 'teacher' with a passion for Croatian traditional cookery. Great tour of the green and fish markets before we started cooking. All followed by a super lunch! Would recommend.

So completely authentic and real. A wonderful experience to share food sourcing, prepping, and eating in a very small group in a personal apartment living space, and most of all with a funny, engaging and enthusiastic chef! DO NOT MISS THIS!

This was such a wonderful activity that my daughter and I did in Split. It was the highlight of our time in Split. Tanja was very kind and gracious. It was very neat to learn about the Dalmatian traditions. I enjoyed our time together so much. She is a magnificent cook...the food was outstanding.

Tatjana was awesome! We had such a great time cooking and learning more about Dalmatian food and wine. We had a nice walk through the Green Market and Fish Market, and enjoyed the amazing weather on her patio. Highly recommend!

Tanja was a wonderful host and excellent chef. We enjoyed the tour of the market, the wonderful meal, and all of the information she shared with us about the food, culture and history of the area. We also enjoyed participating in the meal preparation. The experience overall far exceeded our expectations. We would not change a thing; we will recommend to friends and would absolutely do this again if we return to Croatia. Tanja ........thank you for everything!!

Had a fun cultural cooking class and city tour with our new friend Tanya, learning about Dalmatian cooking and Split culture. Met a stranger but with her friendly beautiful smile and joyful presence we left Split with a new friend.

Ok…today’s experience was soooo great. Tanja was so nice and showed how to make 5 courses of meals. Explained, had us help, and then served at the end. We were with her for 5 hours. Toured and explained Green Market, Fish Market and walked through palace with some history thrown in. Then we went to her 5th floor walk up with view of sea. All served on her patio with wonderful breezes. I would highly highly recommend this tour. one girl said it was her favorite day so far!!!!
