Departing from the local office (Discesa dei Giudici n.21), cycle through Palermo at a relaxing, leisurely pace.
Palermo is very flat, so the 3-hour tour is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. You will pass through the
architecturally impressive Piazza Bellini and Pizza Pretoria with their examples of Arab, Norman, Byzantine,
and Spanish art. Then, ride across the “Cassaro” to see San Francesco church, Piazza Marina and the oldest
giant Ficus tree in Europe. You will also see the ancient palaces from the Spanish Inquisition and the amazing
Spasimo church. Ride along the waterfront, on the huge grass overlooking the sea and the harbor, heading to
the first Arab castle on the charming port of Cala. Afterwards, stop for a tasting of unique, regional street
food.

A well organised trip using good quality bikes.
Showed all the main attractions of Palermo with enough but not too much information.
Very safe and enjoyable. Recommend.

Chiara is a guide who can adapt very quick towards a group. We are a difficult group and still she managed smoothly. So we can recommend the tour and Chiara 100%. And…..now she knows the difference between a gate and a door. 😀😀😀

Friendly and knowledgeable tour of central Palermo Bikes are good with gears although central Palermo is flat. We all had a bluetooth earpiece so it was easy to hear our guide and get directions as we rode. Street food stop was an extra treat (included in the price)

This 3-hour cycling tour covers quite a bit of ground. No landmark or stop receives much more than just superficial coverage, but it’s enough to whet your appetite to return to specific points after the tour for a deeper look.
The audio headsets work really well. It’s great to be riding along listening to the informative commentary. Our tour guide Valentina was very friendly and knowledgeable. She spoke clearly.
Bicycles are a great way to see Palermo because the city is so spread out.
