We will meet in Piazza Duomo, the main square of Amalfi.
In the first part of the experience, I will test your knowledge about limoncello.
Once all doubts have been clarified, especially on the choice of alcohol and the recognition of a quality liqueur, I will explain the maceration, production and bottling process in detail. Later, I will show you how to taste it and at what temperature to serve it. After the initial tasting, a short historical paragraph will follow which will explain the origins of the famous "Amalfi gold".
Next, you will personally experience the production of my grandparents' original recipe. Finally, I will reveal some tips for your future experiences at home!

This class was amazing! You get immersed into this small limoncello production. Wash your hands because you’re going to assist the owner making a batch of limoncello he will eventually sell!
On top of that cool experience you get to taste several flavors and learn how to make limoncello on your own. We can’t wait to try it!

My husband and I had a little history with limoncello but learned so much more from this experience! It is great to learn the authentic ways of making limoncello and the different types they make as well which are all DELICIOUS! We arrived early and they were ready to get us and start our experience which I definitely recommend to everyone

Great experience to understand the full process of limoncello and other liquors. Vitoria takes time to explain and go through all the steps in their production site. You can also taste different versions and chose the one you prefer.
