Tour guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Explained the history well, was engaging and interactive, took me around the site, and gave time for additional visit space.

Had a great trip with Sal. Traveled with family and really appreciated his responsiveness to our varied needs, including one highly eager and energetic child and one child who needed more rest stops. Highly recommend.

Half-day tour to the Teotihuacán pyramids from Mexico City. My experience was very good because I saw in person the pyramids of Teotihucan in Mexico. The transportation price included a hotel in Mexico City with transportation and the Teotihucan pyramids. The simple truth was that everything was good because the transportation, the hotel and the pyramids of Teotihucan were all included and that made things very easy for me and my family on our trip. For me, I would recommend traveling to Mexico and in that it is economical to go to the pyramids. of Teotihuacan. The truth is I didn't find anything I would have done differently on the trip.

Everything with Vibe was convenient and customized as planned. Our guide Pepe and driver were on time for pickup, and we had an excellent and knowledgeable tour of the pyramids. Highly recommend!

Fantastic tour. Visited Teotihuacan independently a few years ago and was a disappointing experience. Decided to do it the right way this time around by taking a tour. It's definitely the way to do it - guides Carlos and Freddie incredibly knowledgeable, funny and interesting. And taking a tour meant we saw the highlights without endless walking in the sun - instead we saw the highlights at Gate 1 (Temple of Quetzalcóatl and the Ciudadela), then drove to Gate 4 for the Pyramid of the Moon and the Pyramid of the Sun. Great tour and it's the way to do Teotihuacan.

My daughter & I booked a tour guide with Freddy Garcia to the Pyramids. We were welcomed with open arms by him & his beautiful family. His warm & exciting personality made this experience for us so unforgettable, one we will never forget. Great knowledge & passion for life & history. Highly recommend to all travelers. It is a must see!!

Our guide (Sal) made sure that every moment of our tour was worthwhile -- even on the drive out to the pyramids from Mexico City, he was telling us about the city's history and pointing out notable things to see. He was super knowledgeable, a delight to work with, found just the right mix of education and spectacle, and really catered to what we wanted to do and see. Top notch!

My wife and I, along with our three young boys, had an absolutely phenomenal half-day tour to the Teotihuacan Pyramids with Sal of Vibe Adventures.

Sal is an incredible guide, perfectly bilingual in English and Spanish. Most importantly though, he's a greatly patient, personable, respectful, and knowledgeable guide, with impeccable people skills. We all loved him, especially our boys. From the moment we met him we felt at ease with him, and he made sure to accommodate our sometimes unpredictable needs and pace while keeping us engaged and excited about the sights.

For example, upon realizing that our boys were starving as soon as we got to Teotihuacan, Sal was able to quickly adjust the tour and take us, in very short order, to a beautiful restaurant to enjoy one of the best meals we had while in Mexico. Along the way, he managed the impossible: he distracted our children from their hunger by talking to them about obsidian and tezontle, helping them find samples on the gravel road, and answering literally dozens of questions from them about whether the samples they had found were true obsidian or simply broken glass. We couldn't believe his effortless and endless patience, and the great rapport that he built with our boys.

We learned so much from Sal not only about Teotihuacan but also about Mexico more generally. We now consider him a friend and look forward to having him as our guide in any future trips to Mexico.

Sal is a great asset to Vibe Adventures.

Thank you Sal for making our trip so special! It was a privilege.

We signed up for a hot air balloon ride, guided tour of the pyramids, along with a brunch. Sal was our guide and was very knowledgeable about the history of the city showing us details in the buildings and ruins that we would otherwise have walked past. At one point he introduced us to someone who demonstrated how pigment colors were sourced for the frescoes. This was our second time using Vibe for Teotihuacan and I would use them again.

The partner balloon company, Globe was not really prepared for our trip. We lost an hour of time as they began a bit late and then had to restart with a new carriage and igniter. We lost the sunrise light entirely. They offered a few digital snaps of us as compensation but they weren’t really better than asking someone to take photos of us with our phone. However, Constantine, our pilot, did a great job of getting us over the pyramids for a really memorable experience and getting us back safely.
