Alan was our driver. We enjoyed the wonderful day and his personal service. We went to places in Edinburgh that a big bus tour could not get to. We also enjoyed a local pub!

Tour was great and customized to us.
Scott was fantastic and made our day very enjoyable. Very professional- arrived early and with a very clean, comfortable Mercedes van.
We explored all around Edinburgh and had a blast- kids and adults.
I messaged Scott the night before to touch base so that he knew our presences and group. He was prepared.
I would definitely book and recommend again!

We had such an amazing time thanks to our driver who was friendly, knowledgeable and interesting. He would have driven us in peace had we wanted, but we talked his ear off and it was like being driven around by a trusted friend. Our day using this service was the best part of our trip and I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Excellent communication up front with Frank - and then with our driver, Tom. Very professional, very knowledgeable, great driver and guide. Tom took us everyone on our "list" of things we wanted to see and then when we said we had another 90 minutes, what would he suggest, he took us to places we didn't think to ask. Can't recommend more highly. Next time we are in Edinburgh (and there will be a next time) we will absolutely book with this company again.

I wanted to compliment Frank's stellar customer service in scheduling my client for 2 transfers/sightseeing trips at short notice. I had tried some of the competitors in the area who were non-responsive. Within in hour of my emailing Frank my client's somewhat complicated request, I was able to reserve a trip that will work wonderfully. I really appreciated the prompt responses and will definitely book again the next time I have a client in Scotland. Highly recommend.

We took a lift from the airport, a pick up of our daughter from college and round trip to the part north of Edinburgh and finally some days back to the airport. Great trip. Very informative and good fellowship.

We hired Butler's Chauffeur Drive to take my husband and I to a distillery tour then out to Jedburgh for a farm tour and lunch. We knew we'd be tired from traveling and wanted to safely get around while being able to enjoy the sights. Scott our driver was perfect for this. He was prompt, the vehicle was immaculate, and it was the perfect day. I am SO GLAD we used Butler's Chauffeur. They were so easy to contact and work with, plus really affordable. I can't wait to use them the next time we visit.

Having only one day in Edinburgh as part of a cruise stop, we wanted to see all of the key historical points of interest. It was amazing how much we were able to cover with our excellent tour guide and chauffeur who was local to the area. Highly recommend if you only have one day in the area. And, don't miss a tour of the Royal Yacht.
