This trip was first postponed to a new day. THey let us know in a timely manner. Had we known what would happen next we should have just canceled. We texted them through viator for the status of the new scheduled day, heard nothing. We we ventured to the meeting place to see if anyone was around (taxi ride and a couple hours of time) No one there. Someone in the area said the next day weather so far looks good. The day of, we texted again asking on the status and asked if the trip is canceled again for weather or not. No reply, so we spent the time and money to actually go to the meet up location. No one there. At the time of meeting, we finally got a message it was canceled. this was mid day. totally messed up our last day of vacation could not gett anything else so late. Can not comment on the actual activity, but this should be a warning sign. We did get our refund.

This was such a fun experience!! The tour guides were very upbeat and made it a great adventure. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore more from the Cancun area.

It was a great experience!! The guides were very excellent and my family all loved the service. The guides get into the water and guide smaller snorkeling groups to ensure that everyone is okay. Isla Mujeres is wonderful and recommended this tour!!

Juan was an excellent guide, he made sure we had fun and made our trip memorable. The crew was amazing. Lunch was fabulous, drinks were never lacking, and our trip was totally worth it. Thank you very much, I highly recommend it!

We had a great time snorkeling. The boat crew was fantastic and took great care of us. We enjoyed shopping on Isla Mujeres and found some great dresses. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

We had an amazing experience on our excursion. The service and food were quality. The catamaran was clean and in excellent condition. I don't have any complaints. We were very impressed and had a great time.

The boat was beautiful and the drinks and food were excellent, Edgar was very friendly. Walking around the island was wonderful and the best part was watching the sunset from the boat.

Our experience was mediocre at best. The boat is okay, the staff was mediocre (not overly friendly or hospitable) and I got sick from the drinks - poor quality liquor. If you want a great experience, I would choose a different excursion.

The tour is quite complete, everyone was very friendly, I recommend it. I advise that when you arrive at the island, in the free time you have, take a taxi to get to know the entire island better.

Paradise place was my first snorkel and everything I saw under the sea was amazing and the guides were very good making it a fun experience.
