Magnificent and perfectly organized experience. We traveled with Petra (a force of nature, adorable!) through the Albaicin neighborhood and visited the Alhambra with Eduardo, in just under three hours she showed us the main points of the city and told us so many things.
The organization of the day was perfect and I thank the agency for helping us find a place even though the tour was fully booked!

Our guide did an amazing job his knowledge was very well presented to us and we where very relaxed during the tour. His pace was well suited for the four of us at no time did we feel rushed. I would recommend spending the extra money for a private tour.

Great tour, the guide on the bus (Alex) was great and very friendly. The guide in Alhambra was also great!
The day before I got a WhatsApp message with the starting hour and pick up location. There was a little bit of a delay because of the traffic in Seville, but from there on everything went smoothly.

The tour is very good and punctual. Well organized. It's worth it.
As a constructive criticism, the level of English is low and having to listen to it since most of the passengers were foreigners...we heard a lot of English that should be much better.
Beyond that, recommended.

We had the most incredible guide named Fernando. His English was perfect and he was super knowledgeable. His excitement to share the beauty of the Alhambra made the experience so enjoyable. Our driver, Miguel, was a courteous and safe driver who made us so comfortable. Highly recommended!

The guides were outstanding. However, we were told an hour before departure that we did NOT have tickets to the indoor area of Alhambra despite this being part of our purchased package. There was a “computer problem”. This was to be one of the highlights of our trips so this was an incredible disappointment to us. We traveled 1000s of miles to see this. We were given a tour of the outdoor areas but it is not the same. Be warned that this is apparently not an unusual problem with Alhambra tickets purchased via tour companies. I would get tickets from Alhambra directly.

Good service. Luca the tour guide provided great service. Only issue was that the bus seating was not organized properly ler family. We were able to sit together. Bus was comfortable though.
