I payed for the 4 hours surfing lesson. When to the meeting point, didn’t find the teacher, walking all over the street trying to find someone to help me. Found another teacher, he told me that man name Mateo is gone 3 month ago, and the company he owns is closed, but the peoples is still comming with the booking. I would ask Viator to cancel this activity for all. And refund the money back

Made reservation on their site for Saturday and correctly paid.
Matteo writes to me very kindly, tells me that there is no more room (I had already paid) and offers me the possibility of staying for two days, I confirm anyway. He disappears, I lose the day of the reservation and to date he still hasn't refunded me! Aaaaah how nice to find compatriots in the world. AVOID if you don't want to waste time or get angry while on holiday. I reported it to my bank.
