Pior empresa de turismo nesse aplicativo!
Depois que cobram o passeio, simplemente ignoram qualquer mensagem enviada. Eu havia feito 2 reservas, fiz contato pra tirar dúvidas sobre as duas mas só tive resposta naquela que ainda não havia sido cobrada.
Fiz o golden circle com blue lagoon e passei nervoso nas duas experiências. Começando pelo áudio guia que é horrível! Volume super baixo que mal dava pra ouvir. A guia, mesmo sabendo da minha dificuldade com o idioma, não me respondeu de forma clara quando perguntei sobre horários - me fazendo esperar por 1h pelo transporte do Terminal para a Blue Lagoon. Para essa mesma situação, tbm enviei mensagem via app para a empresa que até agora não se posicionou.
A volta da Blue Lagon foi ainda pior. Ao chegar no local, perguntei pro motorista sobre o horário de retorno e ele não soube explicar. Disse que eu deveria consultar o ingresso e que se ainda tivesse dúvidas, deveria procurar pelo staff da Blue Laggon. Insisti que a dúvida não era sobre o ingresso e sim sobre o transporte, e o motorista disse que havia ônibus de hora em hora. Olhei no relógio e eram 18h, então me programei pra pegar o ônibus das 20h. Mas pra minha surpresa, só haveria saída às 21h15. Ou seja, fiquei de novo mais de uma hora sem informação por parte da empresa. Quem me falou desse horário foi o motorista de outra empresa, que estava dentro de outro veículo. Haviam 2 carros da reykjavik sightseeing, ambos fechados e sem nenhum funcionário por perto pra dar informações.
Acabei de cancelar o outro passeio que faria na sexta e sempre que alguém me perguntar sobre passeios na Islândia farei questão de falar sobre minha péssima experiência

Excellent tour . Can’t be missed . Our tour guide was very knowledgable . There was clear instructions on when we were supposed to come back. Also very accomodating as most of the tours didn’t allow children along . Good communication for some needs like child seat which is mandatory in Iceland .
Very scenic experience . Blue lagoon was very good experience can’t be missed .

It’s iconic and you just have to do it. More of a stop and take pictures kind of tour but still fun. The tour company was highly accommodating and friendly as well. The time at the lagoon itself was short (we were only given about an hour once we arrived even though the itinerary says 2 hours) but enjoyed it very much. Would def just do lagoon separately so you get all the time you need.

This was the worst tour experience we had and I’m NEVER going to book with Viator again— and you shouldn’t either. I spoke to 3 different agents before booking this excursion and they ALL assured me based on my cruise schedule that I would be fine on time to book this. Well…. This was not the case. We informed our golden circle tour guide Rosa that we needed to be back by a certain time to catch out boat after the blue lagoon and she NEVER indicated that we would not be able to get to our blue lagoon part based on our time schedule. There was no rush to get us to the separate bus (which we weren’t informed we needed to do) to make sure we had enough time to get to the blue lagoon and back to our ship. Instead, they dropped off all the passengers to going to their destinations and even the tour guide, and left my husband and I as the only to left on this bus to be then dropped off to pick up a blue lagoon bus where we had to wait an hour to get a ride to the blue lagoon. The driver for the blue lagoon bus even laughed at us saying there was no way we can we get to the blue lagoon in time. We were made to feel stupid.
No one was on our side at Reykjavik sightseeing and we had no other choice but to forfeit our money spent on the blue lagoon portion of our tour.
No one told us that it was not going to be a seamless trip from one excursion to the next. The whole time we were anxious about time to get to the next leg of our tour.
After we decided to forfeit the money for the blue lagoon, we had to walk 40 mins to get back to our ship since they said there was nothing they could do for us and we had to take it up with Viator to get our money back.
After explaining over and over again to different people and Viator, they refuse to give me my money back for the blue lagoon portion of our excursion.
We would never booked this tour knowing our timing was not going to work.

The Golden Circe tour and the Blue Lagoon were excellent. The tour guide on the Golden Circle tour was very knowledgeable and informative.
We got collected at the cruise port and it was a bit chaotic as there were multiple buses and there was no tour guide there to organise everything
It is a long trip lasting 13 hours and it is 2 separate tours.
We got no information about the admission process or the return time from the Blue Lagoon

What we saw on tour was very nice but the tour itself seemed to be very unorganized. Pick up at the cruise terminal was chaotic with no clear indication what type of bus or company we were looking for. In the middle of the tour they were switching people in and out of different buses several times. When we switched to the Blue Lagoon bus there was no mention of what the process was when we arrived and no one told us what time we had to be back out to the bus to leave. We asked the driver and he just told us sorry he didn’t know instead of trying to find out from someone.
