Pickup was great. Return didn’t happen… confirmed day before. 5 minutes after they were supposed to be here i messaged them and he told me to take a taxi… not sure if i didn’t reach out that he would have let me know at all. Terrible. Do not recommend.

My plane was late and I got delayed. I was in contact with operator via web. There was no phone to call operator. There was supposed to be someone with a sign with my name. Finally I contacted the operator and he put me in contact with Raul who contacted a driver. The driver was fabulous. He took us to the resort. There is room for improvement regarding communication. We are foreigners and our only contact is the operator. Be sensible to that fact.
