They pick you up from hotel but don’t drop you off at hotel. Drop off is someplace random. You got to find your transportation to your hotel.

Tour guide very knowledgeable, personable and good driver. Champagne producers gave excellent tours, lunch was great and champagne tasting were good and had fun with others on tour.

Artem was a great guide, and the trip was both fun and a great learning experience. I feel like the choice of vineyards was spot on to illustrate the different scales/types of wineries, and we enjoyed more than a healthy amount of sampling and a delicious lunch. It’s a long day but I would certainly recommend it - salut

The guide was a tad late and it was a little cramped up in the 8-seater vehicle. The drive to Champagne was picturesque and the guide regaled us with interesting snippets of history of the place. She was good but not with us during the visits to the three houses of champagne. It was a little disappointing not to be taken to Moets but the guide of Nicolas Feuillattte made up with his enthusiasm. Lunch was good at Julian Choppin but the guide at Charles Mignon was disappointing. Interesting 8 types of champagnes.

Carlos was our tour operator and he was nothing less than fabulous! Carlos was very knowledgeable on all things wine and champagne related and he made the experience that more memorable. One could tell that Carlos was very passionate about what he does and he had a wonderful relationship with all the people we meet at the different champagne houses we visited. I highly recommend Carlos as a tour operator and I hope to get him again when I book another wine tour!

Damien was a great host and guide. It was great seeing a large champagne house (Mumm) compared to two smaller family-owned houses. And lunch was delicious. Communication about pick up was thorough. Thank you!
