The dock staff was rude and gave contradictory and confusing information. There was inadequate signage so check in was confusing, one staff member told us to follow the blue line on the ground which was almost worn away and when we got to the end of the blue line another staff member yelled at us that we were in the wrong place. The crew on the boat was friendly but there weren’t enough of them. The food was actually okay but you have to pay extra for any drinks including tap water which seems like a rip off considering the price of the cruise. Just take an Uber boat ride to a pub, you’ll see as much, get better food/drinks/service and pay less overall.

The meal was lovely, the staff were friendly and the commentary was fun and informative. I’m going to see if I can book it again for more friends.

Lovely trip up and down the river Thames with a 2 course lunch. Drinks are extra. Good value for money and the staff were very good.

It was a wonderful time! Great way to see the sights while having a leisurely lunch. Tour guide’s commentary was great! People were friendly, it was well organized & the food was great!

Pre purchased tix on line but not given the opportunity to pre select meals. Boarding went very smoothly. Everyone very professional. Our waiter was very nice however, not to be mean should wear antiperspirant. Overall tho would recommend.

From the start to the end abso lucky perfect , the lunch , the service , the seating , the staff , the commentary my goodness booked this on a whim but will do it again everything perfect !
