We used this service to pick us up from the airport and had a great experience! Our driver communicated with us shortly after our flight landed and until he picked us up.
For our return to the airport, the experience could have been better. After about 10 minutes following our scheduled pick-up time we called the vendor when a driver hadn’t arrived. Initially no one picked up, but after multiple tries we reached someone and were told traffic was an issue. Upon arrival of our driver who was almost 30 minutes late there was no apology for the delay or lack of communication. The driver also didn’t help with loading our bags. We were concerned about making it to the airport timely but did arrive to make our flight.

This was a reasonably priced shuttle to get from our hotel to the airport. After picking us up we made two more stops to pick up others before arriving at the airport. The driver was pleasant and helped with our luggage. I had to call and change my pickup time the day before and that went smoothly. They arrived at the time promised and all went well. Just plan a little extra time since shuttle may have other stops.

A prompt fuss-free shuttle service that I'd use again and way more cost-effective than other options. This is a great option for a group, couple or solo like me. They picked me up from a nearby hotel (Twin Fin) and arrived on time. The lady helped with baggage which for me was great as I'm 64 and had a heavy bag (28kgs) and backpack (7kgs). Arrived right in front of my departure gate.

Our driver Ray was friendly and chatty. He was early picking us up which we were hlad of. He safely drove us to the airport and we were thankful he gave us a heads up about getting our luggage checked for agricultural concerns before checking in at AC.

We were not overly impressed at all with Island Express shuttle. To start with the shuttle was close to half an hour late the driver did not initially get out of the van so we opened the back door and put our own luggage in the back. Throughout the trip the driver was texting on their phone, then having a personal phone call.

Christian, our driver, was absolutely excellent. Contacted me directly on my cell to make sure we had a good pickup time and location. Got us to the airport on time and was very helpful. Great experience! Extremely well organized.
