Very good tour, very nice guide, all the best for getting to know a little of Valparaiso. It was worth it too much. I just needed a little more time to do some shopping.

Bad agency! Outsourced the tour was horrible, old van, crowded, everything was terrible, I don't recommend the company. I had tours canceled by her and I did not receive a refund. Physical and financial damage. Company without structure.

Fantastic place with lots of history and art. Walk through the streets and an incredible immersion in the life of Valparaíso. Obtained by the Guide who knows a lot.

The tour was great, I was with my wife Lídia and my son Carlos, it was all day with a special group and a sensational guide, as well as being polite, kind and enthusiastic, he enriched us with his knowledge of Chile. Thank you Alex (guide) and Francisco (driver) for the spectacular day we had!!!

Valparaíso and Viña del Mar are spectacular with their architecture, something very different from what we find in Santiago.

For those who like stories, I highly recommend the tour, which is full of information, and is also a peaceful place.

To the entire Apredni team traveling through Chile, you are excellent! Super attentive and helpful.

I highly recommend it!

The tour guide was Alexis, who is super cheerful, an excellent guide, I highly recommend it! They are two beautiful cities but have lost their charm after the pandemic and there are some caveats to the visit.

- At the beginning there is a stop for breakfast at Rio Tínto Casablanca. An excellent place for coffee and buying some souvenirs, but it is expensive. Coffee can cost 60 reais/person and cards are normally accepted.
- These are cities that suffered from the pandemic, all their 'colors' are more 'faded'. There's no longer all that shine.
- The tour was on Sunday and all shops were closed in the morning. Only one coffee shop was opening at the time we passed and street vendors in the center of Valparaíso;
- In the afternoon, lunch takes place in Viña del Mar. The restaurants on the waterfront are very expensive (and this is where we stop at one of these) and basically rely on seafood;
- Unfortunately, thefts in the region are quite common (and I witnessed some on the beach). Pay attention to your personal objects in public areas.
- The tourist spot at the clock is quite crowded and the van cannot stop and wait (due to the prohibition on stopping and parking at the location). Keep in mind that you may not be able to take your photo.
- We managed to stop to watch the sea lions and seagulls at the fair, which is worth it.
- After lunch, there is free time, so you can walk along the edge of the city and go to the beach, but the water is cold.

Overall, there isn't much to do in them. Just walk the streets and learn a little about their stories. Personally, it was a tour that was of no interest and in the end, it didn't exceed my expectations (just seeing the llamas at breakfast and the sea lions at the end of the morning).

The tour included a visit to Pablo Neruda's house museum, La Sebastiana, but we were prevented from doing so. When we asked for explanations, we were told that the tour operator from whom we had booked the trip had "redirected" us to another tour operator at the last minute. Their itinerary did not include that stop. Despite the professionalism and courtesy of the guide, we returned home very disappointed for not being able to visit the museum.

Alexis Soto, guide, and Javier Suarez, driver, were the duo responsible for our tour. The tour was very cool, the guide gave us explanations of various cultural, geographical and scientific information, all very interesting and useful. There is a walking tour going down Valparaiso, getting to know every little part of the city and then we go to Vina del Mar where we have lunch and stay until the beginning of the return to Santiago. We even saw sea lions meters away! Lunch took place at the partner restaurant Lá Isla, which has a sensational view. Dishes were a little more expensive than normal in Chile, but I thought the value was fair because the food was delicious and the view was breathtaking, as well as the really cool atmosphere. I spent a similar amount on other meals that, in addition to being inferior, did not have the ambience of Lá Isla. Alexis was the best guide I have ever met. Big hug.

We had a wonderful experience on the Valparaiso and Viña Del Mar tour! The itinerary is incredible because of the beautiful landscapes and, added to that, our Alexis Soto made the experience very enriching with his vast historical knowledge, tips and curiosities about Chile, in addition to being super charismatic and punctual. Javier Suarez, our driver, very charismatic, punctual and very responsible on the road! We recommend 1000%!
