We had a positive lovely experience with Josue; Such a lovely man. We highly recommend. He takes you around personally and acts as both your driver and personal tour guide. We even liked the restaurant who made slamming cocktails. La Carihuela. We could customize the experience how we liked.

Elian was an amazing chauffeur and tour guide for Jonathan and I. We hired him to take us around Puerto Plata. He showed us the tourist highlights, but also some local fare. He even pointed out his dad and introduced us to his sister, who happened to be playing in the band at the town square. We enjoyed our tour with him so much that we asked him to take us out again the following day to the cable car and then for lunch and a brief tour of Sosua.

He quickly inferred our interests and showed us some of the beaten track places. He even introduced us to Pico de Pollo, which was delicious.

We both highly recommend him.

Elian was very communicative before our tour and even helped us arrange transportation from the airport to our resort! I was nervous at first because I don't speak Spanish well but his English is top notch! He was very friendly and was able to answer all of our questions and give us insights into real, authentic Dominican lifestyle! He was fabulous and allowed us to tailor our tour to include sights we wanted to see and leave off ones we didn't. I couldn't have asked for a better guide! Best way to communicate is What's App in the DR! 10/10 recommend this company for any of your travel/tour needs!

We enjoy sightseeing not tour jewelry store or chocolate factory. The whole tour driving area only about 5 miles within city.

We had a wonderful tour with my family of 2 adults and 2 children. Due to it being Easter Sunday, there were some attractions that were closed but our guide quickly came up with some alternatives. We felt safe in all the areas he took us to. Our guide spoke a little English, enough though to provide a great experience and a little conversation. We visited Chocolate Museum, Umbrella Street, Macorix House of Rum (great tastings and prices), Amber Museum, and Fortress San Felipe. Vehicle was newer and clean. I would recommend this tour to all.

Didn’t show, didn’t reply to text, email or calls. UGH. Asking for refund. Amazing that I have to wait for refund after calling help desk for assistance to get tour operator and they didn’t respond to them either.

This was such a fun experience. Our guide, Kelvin, took us around on a walking tour to different places including the rum factory, chocolate factory, and other places. We were able to pay a little extra and he took us to one of the beaches. I have to give it up to Kelvin for putting up with me and my two sisters. He was a great guide and I would recommend him to others. Muchas gracias
