THIS IS A PRIVATE TOUR, Your guide will meet you at the Kusadasi port with a sign with your name written on it. Then, you will be driven directly to the sites. First, you will visit ancient Ephesus, the best preserved classic city in the eastern Mediterranean and the largest open air museum in Turkey. Visit the Great Theatre, where St. Paul preached against the pagans and gladiators once engaged in battle. Originally holding 25,000 people, the face of the Library of Celsus, which has been remarkably restored, is probably the most photographed place in Ephesus. It was originally built in 115–125.
You might also see the Odeon Temple, Fountain of Trajan, Temple of Hadrian, Scholastica Baths, Marble Road, agora, and the Temple of Domitian. After lunch in a local Turkish restaurant, continue to the House of the Virgin Mary. Mary was brought to Ephesus by the apostle John after the resurrection of Christ and lived her final days here.
After your tour, drive back to the departure point.

Taylan was very knowledgeable and wanted ti adapt the tour to suit us. We were able to miss queues and spend time in all locations. The route used, views, photo opportunities, and information were first class. The van was very comfortable and the driver excellent. We are very grateful that we decided to take this tour and get the personal treatment delivered. Would highly recommend for couple and families. We were 2 couples.

The Ferry company forgot to pick us up to go to Samos....
One call with Zepheros Travel...and everything was arranged.
Pick up at our Hotel with a taxi cost us Nothing...
And the Owner was waiting for us at the port of Kusadasi....to arrange the fast boarding.

Best time of the year for weather, remembering the marble reflects and heats up a lot more later in July/August.
We arrived on a cruise ship and didn’t want to be crammed onto tourist buses with dozens of other cruise ship tourists. After a quick online search we found it very easy to book this private tour and the Zephyros Travel team engaged with clear and immediate communication giving us a definitive pickup location with a map which we were met after getting off the cruise. They sent text communication as we pulled into port which was reassuring. This private tour covered the cost of the van and the guided tour and we paid for tickets at the sites (credit cards were easily accepted).
The private tour guide, Yetkin (blue shirt in the photos) was thorough, knowledgeable, 14 year’s experience- studying at Uni level, English -very well spoken, made it personalized, changed the tour to suit, affordable. Yetkin had a comprehensive knowledge of all Turkish historical locations (not just Ephesus) which allowed for many discussions of where to visit in Turkey. Yetkin made our tour a joy and a time we will remember forever. The driver drove safely in a very clean & comfortable leather seated van. After seeing the ever increasing bus loads of tourists, we were so happy to have our own tour (which was cheaper than the cruise organised bus tours).
We would highly recommend Zephyros Travel and ask for Yetkin as a tour guide if possible.

We had quite the adventure getting to Ephesus, as there was a bike race being held, which affected getting in and out of places. We lucked out and got through, thanks to our wonderful guide, Taylin, and the driver.
Taylin was a wealth of great information about Ephesus and was wonderful to engage with. I highly recommend him and Zephyros Travel!
It was an amazing place, with so much history.

I went to Turkey for my 60 th Birthday. I was looking for a personal tour for wife and I. I didn’t want to deal with one of the canned tours provided by most tours companies and Caner delivered.

Ephesus is really wonderfull. I think everybody who is going to Kusadasi needs to go to Ephesus. We went to Luxor in Egypte and in my opiniun Ephesus is way more beautifull then Luxor. It is a really big ancient city. The ampitheater is really spectacular.
We booked many excursions with Zephyros travel: diving excursion, Adaland aquapark, Ephesus and Samos. Everything was perfect. The co-workers were really friendly. We paid way less for the excursions than our own travel agency offered us (Tui). This while it is exactly the same excursion.
Even if you decide in the evening that you want to go on an eccursion the next day, you can send a text message to Zephyros and pay the next day.

My husband became I’ll with a headache and the driver was able to return us to our accommodation and offered to drive us to a pharmacy and or hospital very accomodating

We were collected on time at Ramada Resort from Zephyros Travel agency. All I can say is we had a great time, the tour guide was very informative and professional, and I would 100% recommend this trip.
