Here you will indulge in 3 different sausages, 3 cheeses, and a glass of sherry wine. While indulging in these flavors, you’ll come to appreciate the expertise and attention to detail that goes into each stage of the process - from raising the pigs, to their carefully-crafted diet, to the curing of the meats.
