This is one of the mysterious islands in Porto, and the water is so crystal.
The instructor is very funny and has a lot of funny stories.

The best part for me was getting out to quite green area, swimming in a warm river water and of course: relaxing paddling.
Just put sunscreen on:)

I have been with this company twice. One to go to the Douro river to do SUP and it was spectacular, they taught me the technique and now I can do it on any river. The second time I attended a SUP class with Yoga and it was very interesting, you demand your body because you must have a lot of balance, but it was a great challenge and it was super relaxing in a magical place in Portugal.
