We will do a lesson of Stand Up Paddle and then tour in Atlantic Ocean.
Stand Up Paddle, for those who do not know Stand Up Paddle is a great exercise and provides enormous benefits for health and fitness. Besides being a great exercise it is also an activity that can be done in a group and also allows us to get to know amazing places in nature, being rivers or the sea.
