The Best Douro Boat Tour

This river cruise was extremely worth it for the value. The crew was knowledgeable, courteous, and had great recommendations for other sites of interest around Porto. The cruise includes snacks and a welcome cocktail, which is a great addition while taking in the sights. While in Porto, it is essential to see the city from the river which had shaped so much of its history and character. Highly recommended!

A wonderful way to see Porto from the water and enjoy a nice ride on the river. Captain and First Mate were very entertaining and shared a lot of the local history.

Beautiful views. The Captain of boat offered the 6 of us some drinks and snacks. Would have preferred more of an official tour in the sense that we could hear prepared educational points. I asked some questions and we were given friendly and in depth answers. The Captain was very warm with a good sense of humor and interest in. Others. Pleasant Experience. In all I’d say this is an excellent ride, but not a tour in the traditional sense of learning

Such a wonderful experience. The guides were fun and informative and it made for such a wonderful day including dinner at the port by their recommendation. Highly recommend.

We did this tour with Ricardo and Rodrigo. There was 11 people in our group and we had the boat to ourselves which was a great experience. Ricardo and Rodrigo were absolute gentlemen who gave us a stunning tour of the port. We even got a port tonic and some snacks along the way. The views were amazing. I would 100% recommend this tour with Ricardo and Rodrigo on the once upon a time boat. A must do in Porto 😄

Best way to see Porto is from the water and this lovely boat was the gateway to a wonderful day. Spent on the water in Porto. Really wonderful service wonderful staff and just an all-around beautiful day.

We absolutely loved our boat tour! It was a great way to learn a bit about the city and see it from a more peaceful perspective. The boat itself was beautiful and our captains were very friendly and knowledgeable. Adults got to sip port & tonics while the kids enjoyed soda and snacks as we took in the views. We had expected only up to ten people and wish there hadn't been quite so many small kids on board at once but the boat turned out to be big enough to accommodate us and the other families were nice. This might have been our own fault for changing our reservation to a different day at the last minute, and we really appreciated the flexibility and communications. The 1.5 hour duration of the tour was perfect.

Awesome trip down the douro river! Nice balance between informational tourguide matetial and time to take in the surroundinngs. Plenty of room for 8 people on board. Crew was fantastic and boat was very spacious. Restroom on board was also nice.

We had an amazing time on the boat. There was a captain his assistant and they were both very friendly and shared lots of great information. Such a nice way to see Porto from the water. Highly recommend!
