Guests will get the experience of sailing like a Viking. The ship itself is a direct descendant of the Viking Age. There are very few of these vessels in existence and almost none available for public participation. It's a tour full of excitement, rich in history, and truly a unique and interactive experience.

What fun! This was a viking fishing boat with a square sail and we were under sail virtually the whole time. Zach gave us a lot of info about the boat style, the fishng industry back then and other facts. We helped hoist the sail and even did some fishing. Highly recommended!

Fabulous way to see Bergen by the water, however i wish we heard more about the history. We only sailed and kids had fun fishing but again it would of been nice to have heard about the rich history.

The Viking ship ride was relaxing and serene. It felt very authentic. Zack shared knowledge on Viking ship construction and historical facts about the Bergen neighborhoods around Bergen

Excellent boat trip, sailed around a little and took a lot of photos. It did rain on us, so bring a coat, but it’s Bergen. Rain is expected.

Wonderful experience overall. My grandson loved that he got to steer the vessel. My son-in-law enjoyed helping with the sail. Beautiful scenery!! Totally enjoyable.

If you just want to go out the harbour slightly the.man this is the trip for you. The ship and the tour left me very underwhelmed especially at the price for the tour.
