The bike rentals were well worth the money. We had an excellent orientation to the bikes and then set out for an 8 hour excursion. The gps maps were way to follow and the bikes were top quality. I would definitely use this company again.

The E bikes were high quality and easy to ride. Garett was extremely helpful and did a thorough training for us before we set off. The app they provided was helpful to navigate the routes. Their prices are very reasonable and we felt we received value for our money. We had a great day and highly recommend this company for your bike rentals.

Our corporate group had a fantastic time with these high quality ebikes. They made for a ride that was as easy or strenuous as you wanted. The preplanned route to and from Meadow Vista Honey Winery was very well laid out, safe and scenic. Our honey wine tasting with their partner Meadow Vista Winery was a very cool experience as well. All in all well worth the time and money!

Great Day! The AP they supplied was perfect! The bikes were awesome! Jonathan explained everything clearly and Gareth was so good at booking time and accommodating all our needs. The weather was not good and we still had a great family day. We will definitely do this again and would recommend Lakeside Eco all day long.

We rented ebikes for a self-guided tour from downtown up to the Myra Canyon Trail. The bikes themselves were great, we did about 60km including 1km of elevation gain without too much hard work and plenty of battery left. We hadn’t used them before but got a thorough induction and were away with no problems. We also tried out their new Bluetooth intercoms which were really helpful for communicating on the road. Gareth was super helpful and spent a long time chatting with us about the bikes and routes — clearly really dedicated to offering a great experience. A great day out despite the cold wet weather up the trail!

The staff were super helpful with mapping out a custom route me to visit Kalamalka Lake from Kelowna. The bike was really good and easy to ride. An excellent experience which I highly recommend!
