Bus driver didnt give us clear instruction on the pick-up area. He’s not approachable especially to foreigners.

Huge outlet with numerous designer brands for all tastes and wallets. On average discounts range from 30-50% of RRP. Definitely need to spend several hours to see the outlet, best to plan ahead before visiting.

Bus didn’t take us back in Viena.
The Driver did not have a QR scanner and required a paper ticket.
he left us at the outlet.
we were forced to call a taxi and pay 100 euros :(

There was no return time on the ticket. The driver of the first bus made trouble for us and refused to let us get on the bus. Finally, the driver of the second bus allowed us to ride. It was terrible. I bought it without paying attention to the reviews. As expected, the driver made things difficult for us on the return trip. , so many comments have already reflected it, and it is too exaggerated that it has not improved for so long.

Travelled from Newcastle to Vienna with our main aim of seeing Xmas Markets from there original birthplace. Several XM in Vienna and my wife and I saw 2 of those. They were not disappointing in any way with so many stalls displaying/and selling a vast array of merchandise. If you like street food and hot punch then there is also a vast variety of this on sale. Vienna is a large City and caters for everyone. Museums and Churches are plentiful as is the large shopping area which provides every Designer shops you ever want. There is also a large fun park for the young at heart just on the edge of the city.
We were amazed at the cleanliness of the City and the upkeep of paths, roads and parks. Festive street lighting was fantastic and displayed virtually everywhere.
A word of warning however to anyone going in December - Make sure you take plenty warm clothes, boots, scarves and hats as it seems to have bitterly cold winds.

The girls at check in did not give me a return time nor did this show on the digital ticket issued by Viator. But when I said I expected a return time at 4pm they said ok. Then they asked me where is my return ticket even if my ticket says return travel. What's hoing on? No one seem to know or care!!! Come pick up time at 4pm, the driver did not want to honour our digital ticket cause he didn't have a scanner. It was annoying, upsetting and frustrating to have to beg him to take us - yes there's at least 10 of us with the same problem. He said my ticket did not have a time booking so I can't go on his bus. Finally he relented as we were all getting angry. He called the company who gave him the OK. Not a good system. Bad experience.

I booked a return shuttle to Pandorf and was denied entry to the bus for the return trip even if I showed the email from the tour operator that my return was at 4 pm. It was only after we had contacted someone through phone that my family and I were family allowed to board. Terrible experience.

The transportation bus didn't recognize the round-trip tickets we bought. It took a long time because many passengers had the same problem. They finally let us get on the bus. There was an internal communication problem. Please travel companies pay attention to improvements. Since various tickets are sold, drivers and other service staff need to know and understand them, rather than leaving it to passengers to solve their own problems, which would lead to a very bad ride experience.

The outlet was fantastic. However, the return shuttle was problematic. Our return was scheduled by the local travel agency at 4 pm and they sent us an email with the timing. However, the driver denied us and other customers boarding the bus although we showed him the ticket and the email with the timing. He wanted us to wait for the 6 pm bus although our bus is 4 pm and tge bus was half full. We had to contact the agency while waiting in the rain for twenty minutes. Finally, the driver allowed us to board. It was not a good experience waiting in the rain with our shopping bags.
