Visited the ‘immersive’ museum tour in April 2024 and was charged full adult price for child of 11 as cut-off is 10 years old. The museum with all the trophies and vintage strips is good and the 360 stadium experience was great but that was it - very little else to get excited about and obviously no stadium to see. You could try and stretch it out but only about 15 minutes worth of interest. Expensive for what it currently is so suggest you give it a miss until the extended tour is back in operation.

Overall a rather mixed experience; The museum was very informative and interesting and the 360 degree and dream experiences were great fun. However, the latter did not make up for the real experience of going in the actual stadium which is being rebuilt .

The information concerning was misleading and meant the whole tour was very overpriced and slightly disappointing.

One of the most decorated teams in the world, but Barca is much more than a club.
Museum was opened almost 40 years ago and it grows every year because Barca has many sports branches that dominate in both Spain and Europe.
There are many players in football who have played, won and created what you see today. Do not miss!

Though I enjoyed the museum itself, my experience with this tour was frustrating. When I got to the entrance, I was told what Viator had me download as the ticket was not the ticket. I tied several times to download it again, but was told the same thing. There was no problem with communication, because my girlfriend speaks fluent Spanish. I was sent to two different ticket offices where I was told the same thing. Finally, I went back to my emails and saw there was a new email from Viator the evening before my visit with a different link if I had trouble getting in. This worked, but I had spent more than an hour trying to get in.
I also don't think I got everything I was supposed to. I knew about the stadium construction and that I wouldn't have access. I thought I was supposed to get a guide, but didn't. No multimedia audio guide or robo keeper challenge either.
Maybe I need to take some of the blame for what happened, but I might advise people to book the museum through a different company.

When arriving at the stadium was told two different places to meet your guides. We thought we were going to be late but ended up arriving 3 minutes early. Finally someone from the stadium helped us and told us that they do not even allow 3rd party guided tours at the time our tickets were for. They even tried calling the number of the tour provider for us and it was not a valid number. They apologized and said it was out of their hands because it was 3rd party but offered us a discount on food and apparel because they could not accommodate us on a tour for the remainder of the day because they were sold out.
