We got exactly what they advertise.
Booked online in the U.K. and had communications from them the day before departure.
Pick up on time, smartly presented staff and clean balloon.
After a short briefing on safety position for landing, which was smooth, we took off and enjoyed the views.
Our pilot Metin was great with excellent English.
Woohoo, a great experience!

I booked a 5:30 sunrise hot balloon ride through Viator. Basically, the operators were just aggregators. I got a message from them to meet at 6am a day. I checked back with them if the meeting time was correct because sunrise that day was 5:46am. On the day of our balloon ride, we showed up before 6am, texted them, and were informed that the car would be coming (5:59am). We waited another 10 minutes (while people from other agencies were picked up) and I was told again that the car was coming. A few minutes later (6:12am), I got another text asking where we were and then the person assumed that we were in the ballon already 😱🤬 I texted them back and showed them a picture that we were still at the designated meeting place. Tried to call them without success. At 7:28am, got a call and asked us to meet at a completely different place about 1km away (luckily we had a rental car or it would have taken a while to reach). Anyways, in the end, we didn't get airborne until the people from the 1st flight returned from their ride (around 8am). The whole idea of a sunrise flight was taken off with all the other balloons and this was completely ruined b/e we didn't see the sunrise and there were very few ballons at the 2nd flight.

Totally awesome! It was an amazing experience. We had a great view of Hieropolis. Crew were very friendly and proficient. Pick up was prompt and the atmosphere at the end was a total party! I highly recommend!

Good experience. Very beautiful view, although it was certainly more beautiful in Cappadocia. Even the expense [150 euros instead of 250] is cheaper. Well organised, in the morning they picked us up with minibuses. Then they took us back to the hotel.

Collected timely but then left on the car for roughly 20 minutes while waiting for balloon
During this time no communication of this and driver was out talking with others while we couldn’t leave the car
Air balloon went up much later than promised so didn’t have same effect of being in the air with other balloons at the same time
Balloon ride is outsourced to a different company and they were experienced. This is likely why we got in the air for 7am as most likely double booked as we were on their second takeoff for the day.

It was handled professionally from start to finish! What an experience.
Some notes:
1. The champagne is alcohol free which was good for our kids. But manage your expectations if you are expecting alcohol.
2. They also ask for tips afterwards - of course it’s not compulsory but it’s good to know so that you can take some cash with if you feel to tip. They ask for tips after the balloon ride and then again for the taxi driver.
