No changes allowed even if you make a legitimate mistake making the booking and try to rectify immediately. We had to forfeight our visit.

The 4 tickets had the wrong QR code and were not accepted by the cashier. We had to buy new tickets. There was also no person to verify the tickets.

We did this trip on our first day in Rio and we're very glad we booked in advance. It's not necessary but as it was hot and busy it was helpful. Skip the line worked to avoid the tram queue but when were let onto the platform people were pushing and shoving to get on the tram, so queue jump wasn't of any value there.
Overall a great experience, lifts available if you have mobility issues.
Lots of crowds!

The process was simple and easy. Well organised and hassle free. Highly recommended. If you have are with little children and want to do things the easy way, book your tickets on Aviator and take an Uber to Corcavado. Thank you

The skip the line doesn’t seem to exist yet. Unlike sugarloaf, there’s no benefit to buying these tickets. There is only one line at Christ the Redeemer.

Totally worth being able to get in front of the crowds- especially if you are on a timeline. We went early so crowds were just starting but I could see it could easily be overwhelming.

Gabrielle our English speaking guide was WONDERFUL!!! Best guide we’ve ever had. Like a daughter you’d be proud to have!! Our driver was EXCEPTIONAL also.

While there are crowds, and I mean huge crowds..the skip the line ticket saved us due to time constraints! The staff at the venue immediately recognize the ship the line ticket and walked us though changing it to to ticket. Of note; this gives you a skip the line to get up, but nothing for the ride down. So, keep that in mind. We also noticed people in the “waitlist line” got on our tram so I’m not sure how much was truly saved.

This was an amazing private tour. Our guide, Carlos, was there to meet us as soon as we were off of the ship and took us to see the sights of Rio de Janiero. The van was roomy, cool and comfortable. We loved the places they took us to which were not the typical tourist spots. They had water for us on board and got us safely to the airport in time for our flights home. Would definitely recommend this tour for anyone spending time in Rio.
