The relaxation starts as you board the luxury double-decker catamaran – the Doctor Fish Ocean Spa. As it glides along the Bavaro coast, you’ll get to grips with Pilates and yoga, and indulge in traditional massage and detoxification treatments – all served with a generous helping of beautiful Caribbean scenery.
Next up, you’ll get off the boat for some in-water relaxation time on a floating mattress. When you return to port, you’ll make your way to a nearby aquarium for a treatment with a difference – sit back as a tank of garra rufa fish exfoliate your feet by nibbling at them, leaving them feeling silky-smooth. And there’s also lunch to look forward to.

Don’t book with them. Communication is terrible. They never came to get us. The booking time was completely different when they advised they were going they ruined my vacation.

This was one of the best excursions. The massage alone was worth the price, then add on the yoga, very relaxing, delicious food, last but not least…..the absolute best tour guide, Pedro. He was pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and well organized with a large group. I can’t wait to do it again, and I’m definitely referring friends and family!

This was a fantastic experience, the best massage I have had in a long time. Isabel has magical hands. It was the best experience of my holiday and I would do it again tomorrow. I can't recommend it enough. The staff were so attentive, helpful and made the experience a first class afternoon. Food, was very good. Loved every minute of it ❤️

Pedro and his staff were great! really enjoyed the massage, body scrub, and yoga/pilates. Snacks and lunch were good as well.

Phenomenal experience, and the perfect relaxation excursion if that’s what you’re searching for. Bring a towel and bathing suit! From dr.fish pedicure, to yoga, to body exfoliating, to massage, to laying on a floaty in the ocean, to a foot detox, it’s amazing! We got snacks and watermelon juice too. And anothwr bonus, we had the most amazing lunch right beside the Dolphins. So many amazing things on this one excursion!! 10/10 recommend, and if you get Pedro as your tour guide you’re in for an amazing day! He keeps your spirits high and has amazing energy. Thank you for making the day awesome!

We had a fabulous time with Padro and the whole crew. It was so relaxing. Thank you for an amazing day. Be sure to wear swimsuits. We also got to see a sea turtle on our way back. Meal was delicious!

Pedro and his crew were amazing !! My husband and I had the perfect day. Everything was very well prepared and totally relaxing. We had a great time as did everyone else on the boat. I highly recommend this experience.
