Meditation Experience at a Lovely Farm in Porto

The second my wife and I stepped into the doorway, we felt at peace. The views of the land are beautiful; and the house is gorgeous. Ines and Nuno are warm and friendly. They led us in a wonderful custom half day retreat. Highly recommended!

My experience at the meditation house helped me process some emotions that I had blocked in my body due to the grief of a very close member of my family.
I was warmly welcomed and I also highlight that appetizing slow fermentation bread prepared with love by Inês.
Thank you for the experience, I hope to come back soon.

My wife and I spent her birthday there and it was such a special experience. The setting is absolutely beautiful, in a quiet and peaceful location just a short drive from Porto. Nuno and Ines were our hosts and they were so welcoming and knowledgeable about meditation. They led us through a variety of meditation practices, which helped us to relax and connect with ourselves.

We would highly recommend this activity to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. It was the perfect way to celebrate my wife's birthday and we will definitely be back!

…and make sure to meet Nalo when you are there!

Truly an awesome time i had there. Nothing beats the love of the teachers and the calmness of the place. I find miracle things happened each time i visited Quinta da Arroteia. The experience is like no other. Much love to Nuno and Inês ❤️

A very pleasant place that in itself takes us to a very calming environment: landscaped, wooded, with a water mirror, various animals on the loose, vegetable garden, grass for us to sit on in our leisure moments. I find all of this revealing that in the middle of the country's second city we can find a small oasis that invites us to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The mentors, Nuno and Inês, are people of exceptional kindness, concern and treatment, which makes us feel very calmed and cared for.
An experience definitely worth repeating.

There was tenderness and profissionalism in every single detail of the event. The house is beautiful and the perfect place to rest and deep dive into ourselves. Very close to the city center and yet still, so silent and comfortable. It's perfect for a short get away from the busy daily life.

I loved dancing in the garden with lovely Inês and meditating in the room with Nuno.

The day after i arrived i was part of the "medi&lunch" experience. I went on a solo trip and this happened to be the best start.
When i entered the garden i calmed down imidiatly. Nuno and Ines made me feel very welcome. The meditation experience was very complete in this beautifull family house. After that, we had lunch, so good i never had before. Ines told about the ingredients and their effects. I would recommend this experience and come back when in Porto!
