Our night tour was canceled. We received an upgraded day time tour. The tour was nice but we had to rush to take the tour as we had just flown into Rome a few hours before. That is why we originally booked the evening tour

Unfortunately this tour was cancelled a month before it was due to take place because of a change in management. We were notified by Gemini Tours and offered a daytime exploration of the Colosseum including the underground chambers, the grand arena and the first and second tiers with a guide; as well as complimentary tickets to the Palantine Hill and the Roman Forum. The tour was excellent and a wonderful way to get the full experience of the Colosseum. The groups were well-timed and it never seemed crowded and our guide did an excellent job of bringing it to life. The downside was a phone call we received the night before asking us to cancel the tour, have our money refunded and then pay in cash to rebook-we were told Gemini Tours had not been paid by Viator. After much discussion they finally accepted the booking as it was.

The skip the line feature of this tour is worth the money. The line was huge and we were able to skip the line completely and go inside the colosseum to meet with our group and tour guide. Silvana, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history and architecture of the colosseum.

Great tour- underground was amazing to see. Booked for night tour but not available as scheduled. Tour company did OK with rebooking us for same day availability just earlier in day.

This tour was not crowded because they only allow so many people at night. Thus, it was worth going at night. The monument was well lit too which made it special. The tour guide was very good and knowledgeable. The special effects of the gladiators was super cool.

One of our favorites. We have toured the Colosseum in the daytime but it is so much better at night. The rest of our group no showed so we got a private tour. It was amazing.

Disorganized. We booked for 9pm and it didn’t start until 9:40pm. Not true to times that bookings are booked. Way too many people on the guided tour. There was 30 people and you could hardly hear on the ear pieces that were given because there was too many people and it kept cutting in and out of service. You couldn’t even see the movie because again too many people. I would just do this on your own and get a book about the colosseum.

This "tour" was a scam. Gemini tours does NOT provide any service other than booking you a ticket worth 25 euros. The tour is guided by an official colosseum tour guide.
The day before the tour we were told our tour is actually at 21:50, not 21:10. By this time it was too late to change our dinner reservation which caused us to waste 40 minutes waiting for the tour in the cold. As we were waiting for the tour guide at the metro station, we got a call that he will not be arriving and to just go to the colosseum main entrance on our own. They sent us our tickets via WhatsApp. We were able to get in but the 1hr 15min tour was barely 50 minutes or so. Out of curiosity i asked the guide if she works for Gemini tours, she responded no she works for the colosseum.
I wondered why I paid $282 to Gemini tours when they didn't even provide the tour, so i did some digging. The ticket i was emailed said it cost 25 euros. I looked online and sure enough on the colosseum website it can be purchased for 25 euros. I contacted Gemini tours but they refused to give a refund stating that only agencies can book the night tour which is a lie as i went on the colosseum website and was able to book it for a later date. I contacted viator but they said there's nothing they can do to help.
Gemini tours is a complete scam. They charge 6 times as much as it'll cost to book on your own through the official colosseum website and will provide you no service other than booking the ticket. Avoid at all cost!

Well organized tour by Gemini with everything as communicated. Loved the underground tour. Guide had great knowledge and was delivered clearly and not rushed. Would recommend.
