This trip was a terrible experience. It was a bad sales pitch from begining to end. It started with a hour of hotel pickups before we even started heading to location. Then we waiting over a hour for the tour to start and when it finally did they didnt have enough atvs or helmets for everyone. The helmets they did have didnt have working buckles. They didnt supply bandanas which they informed you must buy for 5usd or you will get mud and animal excrement in your face. We got to atv slowly for a little bit until we got to the beach where we werent allowed to enjoy it at all due to the barage of sales people. We got back on the atvs to go to the "typical house" which was no house just a sit down sales pitch for coffee, cocoa and mamajauna. Back onto the atvs for another 5 minutes to the cave. Where you had to go past another barage of sales people. Down a long line into the cave where you got in and then got yelled at to keep moving towrds getting out so they can grab a picture of the next guy. Another 3 minute ride and you got one last shopping "opportunity " getting pictures they took of you on the atv. I couldnt stand the thought of sitting with these guides for 2 more hours so i ended up ordering a taxi back to the hotel

Very good service, they accompany you throughout the journey, you have to be prepared to get muddy, get covered in dust and have a great time

Cave was amazing! We really enjoyed the buggies & the beach. Our tour guides were excellent! Gary & Reginald were the best!

It was an excellent experience, from the first stop at Playa Macao, then the enriching information provided by locals at the typical house, and finally at the wonderful Xenote de Taíno.

Gary and Reginal were awesome guides. They made sure safety was priority. The stops along the tour were beautiful and very interesting. The buggies were very fun and fast!
