Our driver was awesome! He waited for us until we got our luggage which took a bit of time- he was knowledgeable about the island- he suggested things to do - he was super sweet to my mother in law

I thought I was booking for a luxury vehicle and what I received was a newer model minivan. I was unimpressed. In addition, before booking I called and asked for the driver to be waiting with a birthday and/or welcome sign and they confirmed this would happen so I booked. The night before the driver graciously texted me, which I liked, but then told me HNL airport doesn’t allow signs. The driver was nice and friendly however I didn’t get the experience I was promised.

The driver was in contact with us about 2hours before the scheduled pickup to confirm the time and location to be at and he was on time. He was very nice and we chatted on the way to the airport. Very friendly and we highly recommend this service.

This was a pick up at the Honolulu to take to our B&B. The person contacted us the day before and gave his name, contact info and pick up location. He was nice but did not speak English.
He had a little trouble finding the B & B. In the end all was good and we made it to our location.
It was nice to know that we had transportation from the airport to our location since we were not familiar with the area. We would recommend this service.

Ken our driver, let us know when he was going to arrive giving us a smooth transfer. We appreciate his punctuality as other company’s have just not turned up in the past.

It didn’t happen.
We collected our luggage.
Went out, wrong meeting point. We didn’t get message.
A chap called the driver and advised we were at meeting point 3, but driver said he was at meeting point 5 and couldn’t come to meet us.
No permit or something.
We then waited 10-15 minutes, with all our luggage, no show so caught taxi.
Later in morning received 2-3 messages saying hi! Think it took a while for messages from Honolulu to get to us vis Australian number.
So your driver obviously tried to call us without getting through.
Just an expensive lesson.

The airline had a delay in releasing the baggage for everyone on the flight, and the driver did not wait, claiming to have another ride. I was not reimbursed for my loss.

David was very friendly and on time. He got us to the airport on time and with a friendly attitude. Highly recommend. Way better than the shared transport, which we had on the way from the airport to our hotel.
