What a GREAT excursion. We were picked up at 4am by van from our hotel to Hurghada airport for our 6am flight. Our flight departed earlier so we were at Cairo airport at 6:50 am. Our private bus with guide and driver was already waiting outside. Everyone got in and headed to the pyramids. Halfway through the ride our Dutch-speaking guide got in, what a lot of knowledge that man has. He knew everything about the pyramids, the sphinx and the museum. After we visited the sphinx we went for lunch, which was also well organized and delicious. After lunch, we take the bus back to the museum. Before we went to the museum, we first visited a glassblowing factory and the adjacent perfume shop. Because we had a late return flight at 10:30 PM, we still had to make good use of our time. After the museum we grabbed a terrace and then we drove by bus towards the Nile. Once we arrived at the Nile we went on the boat to sail across the Nile and have dinner. After the boat trip, back in the van to Cairo airport, landing in Hurghada after an hour. The van was waiting outside again to take us back to the hotel. What a WELL organized excursion. It was a long day but definitely worth it

We had an amazing trip. Per plane this trip is comfortable and quick. Atta our guide was very helpful and showed us the most interesting things so we could save our precious time in Cairo.
Khalil picked us up from the hotel and was prepared to do everything to help us. He even brought us to an official bank the day after far from our resort so we could get some cash in the better ATM here. We had some issues getting cash from other machines so he had no problems waiting till the day after to help us out.
Would definitely recommend anybody this trip who wants to see cairo but is staying in Hurghada!
