SUP session is perfect is you want to take a stroll on the ocean, enjoying the Sup lesson and at the same time finding your balance on the board. The positive energy that comes from sport in contact with nature regenerates and revitalizes the whole organism and the mind, without realizing through breathing we absorb the energetic charge of the elements of nature and all our psychophysical system benefits from it.

Barbara and Diego from School 3S are great professionals. I went for a SUP class, a yoga SUP class and a surf class with them and I loved them all. They're very patient, knowledgeable and experienced instructors, who make you comfortable and instill confidence.
10/10 for me! :)
