The pick up from the hotel was fine,the problem started at the airport. The driver had a woman with him and she insisted on taking our luggage and queuing with us at check in and asking us repeatedly if we had packed certain items in our luggage. When we put our cases through one case was 1/2 a kilo over and she was shouting at us and made us take out a couple of items out while the check in girl looked on her eyes rolling! Why it was necessary to have this woman accompany us was beyond me.

Plane was late and they sent the van away. So we had to wait quite a while for an appropriate car. But friendly and organised with full itinerary given on day one.

First class 'meet and greet'. Lovely near new vehicle. Tour East rep. telephoned us at our Hotel and not only confirmed a pick up time for Airport transfer but also re-confirmed all of our flights. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Had a private transfer, they tried to pickup someone else until told then picked us up half early so they could pick up the other one in time.
