I was assigned a driver a few days before my airport transfer, and I received clear directions on where to be picked up. However, on the day of the transfer, my driver was changed. Since I was on the flight, I didn't see the text message about the change until I landed at the Hawaii airport.
The new driver’s pick-up instructions were unclear, and he spoke English with a heavy accent, making communication difficult. After trying to find the driver for 30 minutes while carrying heavy luggage, we finally met.
Overall, it was not a smooth experience, although the driver was nice.

Thoroughly recommend this company, Good communication. Arrived on time in a nice clean car, we only use private transfers as after a long flight the last thing you want to do is stop at every hotel in a shuttle.

Our driver, John, communicated with me via text before we arrived with all the details of where to meet. I felt very comfortable that he would be there on time and he was very courteous. He gave us lots of pointers and valuable recommendations.

Our driver, Eric was courteous, engaging and punctual, and took care of all the details to make our transfer, smooth and easy. The vehicle was immaculate, and overall an outstanding experience.

Terrible communication. Ended waiting outside terminal where told to meet. Never showed after 45 minutes standing there with luggage and entire sidewalk cleared of other passengers. Ended up in cab.
They refunded promptly and apologized. Bad to start to a great trip. FYI..cab/van was less

Eric was our driver for our arrival and departure and provided fantastic service. He was early for both trips, picking us up in a Mercedes Van. The van was great, there was no problem with getting all our baggage in the van and no extra baggage fees.
The ride was about 40 mins to/from our hotel. The drive was comfortable, good relaxing music and overall a great experience.
We would book this transportation again.
