Whole tour was very rushed from start to finish, we lost the guide at the park at one point as he walked away so quickly. We did not have enough time at the park either, the tram was a good experience but the show was not worth the time and it meant that we had less than half an hour to walk around the trails to look at the other animals. We were very disappointed at this tour as we barely had any time at the park and didn’t get to see all it had to offer. For the price we paid it would have been easier to find a different tour or do it yourself and actually get to experience the park. I am giving it two stars and not one because the tram ride included was a good experience, but the rest of the tour left much to be desired.

This trip was probably worth doing as we would only have gone to a restaurant that evening and then gone back to our hotel.
However, we personally found the trip didn't live up to our expectations. Having said that we did see elephants, rhinos, lions, buffalo, ant eaters, and many other animals. It was just that the experience was rather muted.
Don't let this review put you off though. If you really like zoos or if you have young children, you will probably find this trip most enjoyable.

The tour we did at the Zoo went alright, our tour guide was very informative and very helpful. I would have preferred to have a longer stop at each animal exhibit to take photos and watched the animals a lot more than what we did. We were on a tram going around the zoo and the tram didn't stop very much to observe all animals which was disappointing

We had purchased the night time safari with transfer and had very clearly set up the pickup place. Twenty minutes later no show for pick up. Contact person through the app claimed they couldn’t find us and left. There was no shirt with logo, no sign, nothing. The app had my phone number and there was no attempt to call or text. Refused to give money back for poor service.

Our guide was well organised and it was fantastic to be able to skip the line. It was amazing how close you were to so many of the animals. The interactive show was also great. Definitely recommend this experience.

The tour organiser himself was very good, however we thought the whole concept of the night zoo most disappointing.
I would not recommend anyone to bother with this.

Paul the guide made the trip memorable. Very easy to see all the sights with Paul’s help. Not having to wait in long lines is a must.

We really enjoyed this activity, but felt little rushed, would have appreciated longer in venue to complete the walk around park- was really excellent tour though, only marked down for timings
