The tour operator cancelled it at the last minute.. This is terrible. We plan our side trips when we visit other countries... Thus when a trip is cancelled for only not many guests it is BAD... Viator should be careful to allocate space to such tour operators... The visitor is not given a choice for any other trip and he/she are literally left in the lurch !!!

The trip was cancelled at last minute... very bad service as I was at a loose end and cud not plan either activities. We should be informed a day in advance or an alternate tour should be provided for...

Singapore Night safari and dinner. A wonderful time was had by us as we cruised quietly through the enclosures of the zoo.
An enjoyable and delicious meal was provided buffet style which ended with two guys with firesticks putting on a great show.
All in all a fabulous night out.

The pick up was prompt and driver was informative of next steps . Went to a central point in a hotel where we were given badges and groups for dining or non dining guests. I was in purple dining group - small about 6 people in total. The guides were ok - English was not fluent and they both could have given a bit more informative information. Maybe give a guide leaflet out on coach and plan tour night before you get there. The trip need extended by at least 40mins to catch the show and do the trails and see the shop the 10pm prompt pick up is too early - it’s an experience that’s fab but some of the older guests could not walk to the pace required to do the long walk plus the tram plus the show.
The food in the package was buffet and absolutely fine lots of choice.
It was good night but needs to be longer by 30mins earlier for food as it’s still light then 30mins to do the show and shop then get to coach - so defo a 5.30pm hotel pick up required and better info / guides to be given before you arrive so you can PLAN your night

Van driver who pick up my family was very rude guy. (Jan 25, 2020 from Conrad Hotel) His words, attitude, drive attitude were terrible. When he picked up another family from the other hotel, he had not unfold the very end seat. But right after he pick them up, he just started drive van. I had to yell him to stop and unfold the seat for them. It was totally unacceptable and unsafe. The family was compose with kid and pregnant wife. The family had to seat on the ground in the van until I yelled him to stop. He just stopped and get off and unfold the seat for them and said "sorry". That's it. I think this family does not speak English very well. So they could not fight for themselves.
We thought the van will drop us off at the Safari, however the van stop us at the bus stop. So asked the rude driver, I did not know we need to do in-transit. Then he said hotel pick up is complimentary. I felt like his words meant "shut up and go away"
However, zoo was okay. Food was not so fancy but acceptable. We didn't have to wait to ride on trem, comparing hours of line for whom does not have VIP pass. Safari was very dark and could not see the animal very well. But unique experience.
I would not recommend for young kids under 9.
This was the only bad thing happened to us during this Singapore family vacation.
I hope anyone have to see this van driver. I believe Tour East Singapore must find him and fire him before he make more trouble. He drove 14seater silver van.

Great to be up close to animals that are awake and active. In most other daytime tours they are sleeping or resting. Take the walking tour and try to find somewhere really quiet to appreciate the attraction at its best

We bought this activity through Isango. Whilst we experienced a few problems with the Singaporean agent it turned out to be a well organised visit. On arrival we were taken to the Ulu Ulu restaurant for a buffet dinner which had a reasonable selection of main dishes and desserts (drinks are an extra charge). Priority boarding of the tram is most definitely an advantage as the night we were there, hundreds were queuing. A very pleasant ride in the cool of the night viewing animals you may never see, such as the pair of white lions. Afterwards our tour guide offered a walk through the trails or you had the opportunity to take in the Creatures of the Night show.
An activity not to be missed for both adults and children.

The whole night was very rushed. 15 mins to enjoy the buffet. The tram ride seeing the animals was excellent. Had no time at the end to look around or buy souvenirs. Very Disappointing.

The buffet has a solid mix of asian and veggie food with Dessert. you have about a hour for dinner then 2 hrs to explore the night safari before reboarding the bus at 10 pm. Having the priority to get you in fast and thru the tram lines save quite at bit especially on busy nights. We were there on Dec 29th.
