Good value for money. Option of staying longer is great as you can do other things that take your interest. Bus tour is worth time and you learn more

Friendly driver and prompt response from the travel agent. I had some issues with the 4D passes and she solved it immediately for me. The tour guide on the Sentosa Bus Island Trip was so lovely and filled with knowledge about Sentosa. She was amazing and a pleasure to have as our tour guide on the day. She recommended so many things to do and was so helpful!
Highly recommend this trip, and one thing to note your cable sky-pass entitles you to have both cable rides on MT Fabier and Sentosa and back!

Well organized and friendly. Our guide was informative and easy to understand. We had a great day. He all gave us intructions on how to get back using public transport which we did.

This is the first time we were very disappointed with a Viator offered activity. First ... we only found out after payment that the cost of the tour was in US dollars. Second ... The advertising did not match the reality. We thought we were on a guided tour. In reality we were collected from our hotel as organised but then the driver had no idea of what we were to do when dropped off on Sentosa Island. We arrived on the island before 9am and nothing opened until 10am ... a wasted hour with no indication of what we should or could be doing. We did have a guide for a 2 hour bus tour (a product sold at the Sentosa Ticketing office) and thankfully he then explained what we might do after the bus tour. Advertising indicated we would travel to Sentosa by cablecar ... we were not told the Mt Faber Cablecar was closed for maintenance. This tour is called "Morning Adventures @ Sentosa" but the 4D Adventureland activity we paid for did not open until midday ... we had a plane to catch which is why we took a "morning" tour, so we could not do the 4D Adventure. There was a lack of information that left us very frustrated and thinking we had paid way too much money for a tour we could have organised ourself at much less cost. We would strongly recommend Viator question the tour provider both around pricing and description of the tour.

Waited in nearby hotel. Guidance indicated we would be met at 8.15 in nearby hotel foyer.
At 8.30 a guy arrived and took us to his van. No commentary about the day to come.
We were literally dumped at a cable car station.
Virtually nobody around.
Went to ticket desk- we had not been sent any on line tickets.
Called the local tour operator who apologised and did then send the various tickets but no schedule as such.
About 10am a coach turned up and guide appeared.
We went to different locations. Fort Soliso was interesting and we could have spent longer there.
There was a brief stop at main square with Universal Studios but no time to visit so wandered around somewhat aimlessly. Similarly for us the beach stop was pointless.
We caught A bus to sea aquarium. This was interesting and we enjoyed walking around the various viewing stations but the elements are not unique.
Finally we have to make our own way back to our hotel.
The charge for the tour was £163. The tickets were SGD 43.50 so the tour company made a good profit out of us.
We should have just made our own way there but if we had known we would not have gone at all.

Communication was awful has to chase for tickets. Driver arrived to take us to the wrong place. Finally got to the cable car which was good. Local bus tour around the island was fab. But then felt stranded as no instructions to get back ended up having to get on a bus, mono Raul and mrt train. Save your money and make your own way there don't bother with this tour.

Cable car and guides help. The whole island is beautiful and an interesting history. Lots of options of things to do.

Much enjoyed the cable car ride. Boarding was straightforward (we had pre-ordered our tickets on line). Well worth it for superb views over Singapore and Sentosa Island.
