Morning at the Zoo with Transfer

Be careful when booking anything with this company!!! Terrible customer service and company. When I rang to confirm pick up the day before all was revealed that they did not sell that tour and did not have my booking. All was false. They are still selling a morning at Singapore Zoo with breakfast on this site and many others. Even on a Sunday. But they did not honour my booking that was booked through an agency. They apparently had no booking for me even though that agency had confirmed the tour with them twice. I will not recommend this company at all.

They made us wait for 30 minutes for transport The staff were way too relaxed about making us wait for the amount of money they charged us. Will not book again

We were late arriving at the breakfast bar in the zoo due to pick ups being late. This meant we only had 5 minutes to enjoy the breakfast before the animals were brought out.
The guide was really good directing us to the best parts of the zoo

The trip was well organised picking us up and returning us to our hotel. Very good guide who was informative and looked after everyone’s needs. We saw a lot of animals. There was an option to stay on if preferred but the trip was the right length for us as it became quite hot.

This was awful! Do not book this tour. They changed the pick up hotel and we did not confirm. They left us, we paid a cab and then finally after 3 calls and 5 emails they were suppose to meet us at gate with tickets. Nobody ever showed up. We paid for everything twice.

A really lovely zoo to visit, we had breakfast at the zoo which was lovely and a good choice of food for everyone.
We were lucky enough to have a great guide all to ourselves and he was very friendly and helpful to point out the animals and to see them so close was great.

The tour operator cancelled the tour at the last minute.... I am still waiting for the refund. I had booked the similar tour the previous evening but that got cancelled tooo. At least for that I got a refund. BUT, it is not a question of refund!!! One plans the tours accordingly to see sights in a strange place and then when the tours get cancelled, one does not get to see the sight and also does not know what to with the time he /she has available after cancellation.. This last minute cancellation should be totally avoided or viator should make arrangements to book a similar tour for that time !!!

While this was an enjoyable experience there were a couple of variations from description. This is not a breakfast with the orangutans, they have 2 orangutans come to visit for a short time period along with about 4 other animal types.

Communication with the travel provider is non existent, I had to get back in contact with Viator on the morning to see what was happening. The advised pick up time was an hour out so left us waiting & wondering what was happening.

It was great to have our own tour guide who took us around with us not having to stress & transfer worked out in the finish.

I would weigh up all your options before booking.
