Discover the South of Mauritius with our all inclusive package designed for an enhanced and cheaper local Mauritian experience. Please note that this package includes hotel transfer, entrance fees and lunch. Starting with the discovery of the famous Tea Route of Mauritius, our guests will get the opportunity to explore the universe of Mauritian Tea making by visiting the BOIS CHERI factory and Tea museum, followed by an included Tea tasting session at the private restaurant of the factory.
Going through Britannia , our driver will then take our beloved guests to La Vanille Crocodile Park for a once in a lifetime experience with wild animals. With a Rum tasting session at St Aubin distillery , one should get a better understanding of the local rum. Followed by a visit to Gris Gris beach, Rochester falls and Riambel which is found in the complete south, our driver will then take our guests for a mouth watering typical Mauritian lunch in one of the best local southern spots on the island.

Rochester falls is a hidden gem in the nature of Mauritius. This location is a secret in Mauritius . There are not much Tour operators that gives access to this waterfall as its not easily accessible to all kind of vehicles. Many international movies has been shot over there. This is a local and natural spot where it is always calm.

This one of a kind park is home to many species of animals and plants but mainly to crocodiles and the giant tortoises of Mauritius. Over there you can watch the feeding of crocodiles and you can also feed the tortoises . Many more surprise awaits guests willing to experience this amazing park.

The famous distillery of St Aubin is a vintage sugarcane factory who now specialises in rum making and is said to be one of the finest rum brands in Mauritius. This gem found in the south is a must visit as it contains a lot of secrets and is very rich in beautiful gardens, vanillas and spices. This is where guests will get the chance to taste the local made rum of Mauritius. Believe it or not, this is a place where all kinds of people can go and still feel at ease.

Being one of the most aggressive and moving beach of Mauritius, this beach reserve a special and different view of Mauritian beaches. A one of a kind viewpoint at the top of Souillac cliff where you can see the amazing Roche qui Pleure cliff. A visit is mandatory at gris gris beach.

The Senville bridge is one of the highest bridge in Mauritius and also one of the oldest . Stopping is prohibited for road safety issues but a slow pass by is more than enough to explore the beauty that lies downstairs below the bridge.

The Riambel beach is the found on the peak edge of the south . Meaning when you look at the water at Riambel public beach , it means you are looking at the straight south in the direction of the south pole where there is no land in between . a true local spot with very less touristic influence.

They will get the chance to visit the tea factory of Mauritius. There is also a museum in which our guests will get the chance to learn a lot about tea plantation. Britannia is a closed sugarcane factory where now only deposit work are done over there. Our driver will be driving through the small village of Britannia where guests will encounter scenic routes and will get the opportunity to click awesome pictures. Please note that this road is very famous for long road trips among locals.

A reall6 good trip, our driver (Paul) was super friendly and punctual and made sure to give us all the time we wanted at each site.
Highlight was feeding the turtles which was great fun.
Only suggestion the food at the lunch stop was good but would have been so much better if could have eaten at the rum distillery restaurant or the tea plantation restaurant as both the grounds were lovely settings. Nothing wrong with the lunch stop - just the other 2 places with restaurants were so much nicer.

We were really impressed by the thoughtfulness of the itinerary that they put together, especially how memorable just about every sightseeing spots, the park, the food and the drinks were. Everything went incredibly smoothly and within our time. The guide was wonderful and was full of fascinating commentary.
