This is an interesting museum. It’s mainly video and interactive displays but short on actual artifacts. That said, I enjoyed our visit as the museum dives deep into Irish emigration and the actual conditions upon their arrival in their new homelands and the impact that émigrés had on these places.

A great museum, with lots of clips of Irish people and what they experienced. The exhibition rooms are all on the lower level, and you get a passport that you can stamp as you proceed through the rooms. The rooms are themed, like culture, song and dance, food, conflict, etc. There is much information about the history of Ireland, and the many difficulties that the Irish people faced. A lot of information is presented, and you can easily spend an hour and a half at the museum. Give yourself plenty of time, and enjoy the journey. There are food courts on the main level, plus a whiskey shop, selling Irish brands, of course, and a lovely gift shop.

This is ok, nothing special really. More of a time killer if you have a few hours to fill. Good for kids as you can collect stamps at each station and a lot of interactive stuff.

We really enjoyed our tour. It covered all aspects of the Irish culture, history, and provided insight into the emigration process for those who left Ireland. The exhibits were very interactive, and each included a spot to have your "passport" stamped as you worked your way through the museum. It took us about 90 minutes and was well worth the time.

We did the private tour of the EPIC museum with our tour guide Jonathan. He was extremely knowledgeable and made our experience of the museum incredible. He answered all of our questions and shared stories and his own perspective which truly brought the impact of Ireland's emigration to the forefront. If he didn't know the answer to our question (which was rare), he would provide us with additional context and information related to the events that sparked our question so that we had a better understanding of the history and the dynamics. The museum was wonderfully laid out and interactive. We really enjoyed being able to see where and where our family emigrated with the immersive experiences throughout the exhibits. The museum brought you into the history and made you feel like you were a part of the story, versus just reading about things on plaques like other museums which can be a bit dry. Having a tour guide like Jonathan enhanced this experience and made our time at the museum even more memorable.

There is so much to see, learn and do.
Listening to storys, watching videos, playing around. It's really fantastic.

It was an amazing experience, I loved how there was the interactive stuff to explore and the videos which were played. I definetly recommend everyone to visit this museum.
