We were lost and a few minutes late to meet guide. Tour guide from city tours left without us and will not refund our money.

Maria was our guide for this tour and she did a great job! She was super pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and patient. Our family (including 3 teenagers) really enjoyed this tour and would strongly recommend it.

Ended up purchasing this ticket when I missed out on the deadline to order the cheaper basic ticket through the official Coliseum website. The experience could not have been more worth it. It was a very hot Sunday with large crowds. Having this Skip the Line pass Small Group Tour with Arena Floor access was exactly what we were hoping for! No lines, no waiting, wonderful information, very nice and knowledgeable guide who lead us through the immense crowds like a pro! Well worth every penny! Would highly recommend this. As they say, Time is Money— and without our experienced guide, Alicia, we would still be wandering around aimlessly, trying to figure out what line to stand in!

An excellent experience superbly lead by our City Wonders guide Giuseppe. He was wonderful..didn’t rush us through and gave really clear and interesting information (in English). The Colosseum is an amazing site and with the walk around the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill coupled with Giuseppe’s brilliant commentary it was a truly memorable few hours. Highly recommended.

Francesca our guide was excellent , very knowledgable, and took time to answer questions and take photos of people on our tour .
She managed to avoid us having to wait in queues as she knew the quieter areas of the colosseum

Our tour guide, Scott, was very knowledgeable and liked to chat. He was humorous and quiet considerate. A lot of walking on this tour so had we not got the skip the que option we could have been stuck on location for hours more.

Francesca our guide maybe small in stature (her words) but her level of knowledge was the size of the Colosseum. A very entertaining tour with lots of information and regular photo stops, with Francesca in the role of photographer. The tour of The forum and the original Caesars Palace was enlightening. From a practical point finding the start of the tour was so easy and well organised.

Asians should never book an itinerary here. The location is particularly difficult to find. The tour guide’s flag is not obvious and they will not call you. There is no direct way to contact the tour guide. It is difficult to find the tour guide and call customer service. As a result, I missed the time and they would not refund my money.
Very bad travel experience, will never use this crap again.

If you can only do 1 tour in Rome...make it this one. Valentina, our guide, was an expert on Roman history and such an engaging, fun person to tour with. She made the experience very special. She took us to the best places in the Colosseum to take pictures, appreciate the history, and understand how the Colosseum came to be. After, we saw amazing views to take in the entire city. So beautiful. One of the best parts is, with this tour, you don't spend time waiting in lines! I've done two different tours of the Colosseum and this is definitely the best one. Definitely book it.
