This tour was wonderful. Our guide, Michael, was such a wealth of information. He gave us so much interesting information about Naples, past, present, and future, that I feel like I now have a good understanding of Naples lifestyle and culture. And I am so glad I heard his description of the Veiled Christ.
I highly recommend this tour.

Overall disappointing!
The tour description promised we would be brought to several spots in Naples ,including to a favorite cafe for coffee and pastries, as well as a visit to Christmas Alley, and the veiled Christ statue.
First, the guide was 10 minutes late arriving, and approached us to ask us if we were scheduled for a tour? He did not have any identification on him to let us know he was even our guide.
A few minutes later, he was handed the company banner by a coworker , but he just put it in his backpack, and proceeded to walk quickly ahead of the group weaving through the crowds , and winding around corners. He was very hard to keep up with.
Lastly, when we had 50 minutes left to the end of the tour, he brought us to the building housing the Veiled Christ, then announced that he had to leave to start another tour.
When he was asked about where people could find coffee and bathrooms, he said we would have to look around for some nearby.
This was definitely not what we signed up for.
Thank goodness, we did get to see the Veiled Christ.

The guide was fine. He was knew his information and pointed everything out that was interesting to see along the way. But it was a bit difficult to see him in the crowd and he didn't use a flag or anything. The tour also started 15 minutes late and ended 20 minutes early.
It was worth it because all of the tickets to see the Veiled Christ were sold out. But maybe choose a better tour operator.

Our guide, Michele, was very professional. He was knowledgeable, kind, we learned a lot from him about Nápoles history, church es features…… We wish we could follow him for more historical places.

The tour left on time. Our guide was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. We visited a few churches, unfortunately being Sunday it was sometimes difficult to hear him as there was a service going on. He also told us some interesting stories. The visit to the Veiled Christ was amazing.

Our tour guide was good, I did however find the tour extremely disappointing for several reasons which should be addressed by the company.
- No headsets provided for this tour, being shown around the extremely busy streets of Napoli would be hard enough to hear with headsets, it was impossible without.
- Our tour was meant to be English speaking, however we were the only people that actually spoke English (apart from guide) so he basically had to constantly explain things in Italian and towards the end he was doing 90% of the tour in Italian to cater to the majority which is understandable & not his fault.
- Several people got separated from the groups which delayed things further, I believe a headset would have solved this issue.
- Description of the tour and itinerary do not match, advertised as "best of naples" yet we were just shown a very small block with some churches and that's it. There is so much more to naples than just churches.
All in all, a poor experience and this tour needs some serious attention.

Name of our excellent enthusiastic guide we started the tour at 8 am from the cruise port we walked for 4 hours with 15 minutes rest we passed cathedral palace nice squares and historic streets we ate original Pizza and tasted their sweets

Dear organizer thanking for all. I visited this city by foot with this agency. It's clean and historical. I love Naples.I saw Police and other check everywhere. There are many restaurant not expensive and food is amazing.
