Great tour and guide. What a great way to see one of the most beautiful sites in all of Barcelona. We saw the outside off the church 2 years ago, but we didn't get to see the inside. It was such an incredible experience to see the inside also for the knowledge of our guide. She was so good and it made it a wonderful day.

We waited at the designated point (with about 2 dozen others) for the tour guide. COMPLETE NO-SHOW.
*Both* Spain phone numbers for the tour operator did not work. Finally tried a UK number to get through, it worked, but by then it didn’t matter. The Tour Guide just didn’t show up, who of course had the SOLD OUT tickets to enter the Sagrada Familia, which is a “must see” in Barcelona.
So, this part of the Spain trip was ruined by an inconsiderate Tour Guide who just decided they did not want to work, as well as a Tour Operator who did not monitor the “chat” (so we could talk) and provided poor local phone numbers.
AVOID.

Seeing the amazing changes to the church since I visited over 50 years ago. Our guide did an excellent job describing the story of the church and a lot of the wonderful symbolism of the art work.

Everything about the tour was superb!! Our tour guide MARC was amazing. His English was perfect and he was extremely knowledgeable.
He was prompt and we maneuvered many crowds and queues so we were always able to see and hear his commentary.

The tourguide was late getting to the meeting place. Then she proceeded to wear her microphone in a position that made her voice muffled and hard to understand, even with the earphone transmitters on a little on the high side. She was already hard to understand with her deep accent. I guess its part of the "memorable experience". Other than the tour guide, touring the La Sagrada Familia is worth it. Its history in the making (hopefully they'll finish it soon, lol). Its a beautiful basilica and the interior colors from the outside sunlight is on another level. The weird thing is you can only capture the light colors through photos.
