Easy meet up with our rep. Very friendly. Gallery was amazing. Just enough time too see all floors. Communicated by phone when we were delayed which I appreciated.

The price was more than three times the normal price, there was no indication beforehand that the exhibition was half closed. No audio guide in German available. We got one in the Galleria Borghese. Pure rip-off via City Wonders.

The service was very good, easy to buy (if you may afford it), easy to check in.
However, this service is a distortion way to get an entrance at Villa Borghese. There is no justification that the providers have exceptional access to tickets/entrances already sold out at Villa Boghese website. .

Impossible to contact them, no one to give me my ticket, I just lost 44€, after a lot of research we came across someone on the phone who told us that we were late because we contacted them after the start of the activity even though I arrived on time and obviously the time to find a solution has already passed.

This was a good tour and we learned a lot about the art at Borghese. There wasn’t a tour of the gardens as indicated in the description. The guide was somewhat hard to understand and seemed scripted. Too much time was spent outside staring at the entrance, I’d rather have had more time in the gallery.

We have never taken a private tour before our tour with Salvatore at the Borghese gallery. I am quite committed now to visiting museums ONLY with a private tour. We have loved visiting the Borghese in the past, but having a very knowledgeable guide enhanced the experience beyond measure. Worth every cent. Salvatore was perfect: kept a good pace, was very well educated in the art and history of the gallery.

I wish I bought it from the normal website of the museum. This company didn't even wait for 5 mins for us. There was traffic and we were a little late. They could have left our tickets at the entrance but they didn't so our money is wasted.

The Gallery is great. Surely worth seeing the Bernini sculptures. But the Gallery tickets cost only 20 Euros. There are no lines except the ones created by those waiting to get a ticket from City Wonders folks. There is no real value without a line up, so people should only use this service sparingly.
