Not much to review apart from a fabulous tour of the interior of this parliament building. You get an audio guide to tour with and an actual guide shows you round in groups. This is a working building and the guide is there to keep you away from unauthorised ares. The building, both outside and inside are fabulous. A must visit site for the city. Wonderful.

The Parliament was gorgeous! The problem was
With the Tour operator. They sent 3 emails remind us about the location, time and who will meet us. We got there way on time and after more than 20 we found out we had someone else as the operator with a totally different name and gender. No emailed to tell us about this.

Worth a visit but buy ticket in parliament building not through tour. Tickets are 6000 HUF The tour guides do not bring you around the parliament they only give you the ticket & show you where to queue up

DO NOT book this tour. The price listed is lower than what you will be billed. AND the tour guide does NOT show up at the time and location specified. This is a total rip off.

The experiences of booking with Viator, their communication, and meeting Manuel to get the tickets went very well. But, it is just the regular ticket into the parliament tour that we paid extra to receive because they were already sold out on the parliament website. It was a little bit warm and stuffy inside the building, but that isn’t the fault of Viator.

The tour itself was great- beautiful building with great audio tour. That being said, the people who run this are scammers. They charge far more than if you just buy through the website and stressed me out more than anyone else. They were unorganized and terrible communicators.

We discovered that others from our your group paid $36 per person for the same tour, just showing up to Parliament and purchasing tickets. We paid at least $65 per person by ordering ahead through Viator. The wait outside the visitor center was long and the person that acquired our tickets was not friendly at all. We probably won't use Viator again. Not a good experience.
