Hiro-San was a great tour guide. We enjoyed a memorable day in Tokyo. He has excellent English and a thorough knowledge of Tokyo. He took us to many different locations. There was a street parade happening and he calculated where to go on the subway to see it. We emerged from the subway station and within seconds the parade came around the corner and passed right by us. We highly recommend Hiro.

Hiro was our guide for our first full day in Japan, and he was perfect! I emailed him a list of places we wanted to see, and he put the agenda together. He was very flexible and we made last minute changes during the tour. We are so glad we made the decision to hire him!

Hiro was the best guide! In fact, he was so nice that we booked him twice. Our group had kids, middle aged, and elderly tourists, and Hiro was accommodating/wonderful to all of us. We toured temples, market squares, and other sites around Tokyo. We also had various dietary restrictions, and Hiro found restaurants that offered a variety of options. He is a really great person who cares about the wellbeing of his clients and exemplifies hospitality. If you are looking for someone who is kind, courteous, and professional, Hiro is your guide.

Hiro was a wonderful guide. I was traveling with my sister and our daughters (18 and 22). He found the right mix of cultural sites per the adults’ wish list and shopping and current culture to meet the desires of the younger set. His English is great - very easy to understand, and he tailored the trip to our specifications. We found a great spot for lunch with his guidance and ate sushi with the locals. Highly recommend Hiro!

Our tour guide Hiro was fantastic and passionate about his job. He had an extensive knowledge of the history and culture not only to Tokyo but all of Japan. We learned many interesting facts and history. This private tour can tailor to any specific interests or visit the most popular spots as we did in Asakusa, Harajuku, Shinjuku, Shibuya and more. I highly recommend the tour and our guide Hiro was awesome.

We spent one day in Tokyo before we headed to the airport to fly back to the US. Because we were there for such a short period of time, we wanted to maximize our 6-hour private tour and see as much as we could. Our guide, Hiro Mizoguchi, was excellent! He contacted us via email prior to the tour to gauge our interests. We told him we wanted to walk and gave him a list of sights and he assured us he would do his best with the time he had. On the day of our tour, he met us promptly at our hotel. His English was impeccable, which was important as we did not speak Japanese. He set up a walking/subway tour that took us to Asakusa/Senso-ji Temple, Tsukiji Fish Market, Hama Rikyu Gardens, Shibuya Crossing, and Meiji Jingu Shrine. He also planned a stop for lunch at a great ramen noodle restaurant --he asked us what we wanted, and we chose ramen. It was excellent! After our 6 hours were up, he guided us to the subway so that we could make a quick stop at the Imperial Palace grounds and then back to our hotel so we could catch a car to Haneda for a late-night flight. We had a wonderful time - Hiro-san was very knowledgeable and extremely kind. We highly recommend him if you want a great private day tour of Tokyo!
