Wissal accommodated our request on very short notice. Wissal and her mother provided an excellent experience in guided preparation of several traditional Moroccan dishes. I highly recommend this cooking experience in Casablanca. We made a hot and cold salad, tagine, and an elaborate couscous. We also experienced how to make and serve the best mint tea and Moroccan mojito. We also sampled the breads typically served at breakfast. While the dishes were cooking we had an opportunity to try on traditional Moroccan clothes. The food was all
delicious and so much to eat and try. All of this occurred in their private home. Wissal also arranged for taxi pick up and drop off at our hotel which was a great idea. This is a must try experience in Casablanca.

Wissal is a great host and speaks both French and English on top of Arabic. She was so friendly and outgoing. Her mom is a wonderful cook and she taught me how to make couscous, some salads and moroccan tea. The best was the mutual curiosity to get to know each other s culture and sharing experiences. No fuss, family cooking in their home. I loved it ! Also ask about her firend Khadija who makes the best pastries !!
