Such lovely people! Sent a message a few days before and they were accommodating. The instructor had a great connection with my teen son and young adult daughter. Would totally recommend them!

Elizabeth was very responsive and helped set up our taxi from the cruise port. Orlando and Daniel were our surf instructors. They were patient and had us surfing quickly. We were able to hang out on the beach and surf by ourselves for the rest of the day after the lesson. Safety was no concern. 10/10 experience! Highly recommend!

Excellent group of people. Organized and friendly. The instructors quickly get a sense of ability and know just how much to challenge you. It is important to support small businesses run by locals in the country.

The folks at Cabarete Surf Co made renting a board for me a breeze. They offer competitive prices and great selection depending on ability and conditions. My wife took lessons and thanks to great instructors has improved so much. They even have beach toys that my boys could borrow which they loved. They also have a slack line which is very fun. The waves at Playa Encuentro are awesome and Cabarete Surf Co made enjoying them a blast.

My daughter had a wonderful time. The instructor was really patient and encouraging and she was surfing in no time. He provided an excellent experience and we highly recommend the Cabarete Surf Company.

The surfing lessons are great. We are beginners at surfing and the instruction was awesome. Very friendly staff. Not only were we able to get the lessons but we were able to use the surf boards all day after the lesson to practice with. Great surf to learn in. They also had a beach volley ball court, we started playing with just four of us and in a matter of no time we had five people per side and got some games going. Tons of fun. I highly recommend going to this surf school. Easy to book your time slots for lessons on line. Lots of food vendors right beside the school if you get hungry as well.

We LOVED Cabarete Surf School. Victor and his staff were so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They have created an atmosphere at the surf school that perfectly balances fun, skill, and relaxation. My daughter was reluctant to take a lesson from a “stranger,” but quickly bonded with her instructor, and absolutely loved it. She had an awesome time, and learned so much! All their gear is in great condition, and prices are very reasonable. We especially appreciated the flexibility and savings of the multi-day package, especially the ability to swap out gear based on our daily needs and preferences. ¡Muchas gracias, Victor, family, and staff!
